RAPA IT – Self Service Password Reset Portal

Steps to reset Password:

1. Browse to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Enter your email address (example: [email protected])
3. Enter the code that is presented to you
4. You will be prompted for your verification code
   1. If you setup your phone you can enter that can get a text with a code
   1. If you setup your personal email address, you can enter that and get an email with your code
5. After entering your code, you will be prompted to enter your password. Be sure the password is at least 10 characters long, with a capital letter, a number and a special character (!, &, #, $, @, ^)

What if the process is not working:

1. Follow the manual steps to reset your Active Directory Password
2. Contact the RAPA IT Help Desk for assistance via email ([email protected]) or telephone 501.686.2687
3. A ticket will be generated, and a RAPA IT representative will call you back
