Steps to reset Password:
- Browse to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
- Enter your email address (example: [email protected])
- Enter the code that is presented to you
- You will be prompted for your verification code
- If you setup your phone you can enter that can get a text with a code
- If you setup your personal email address, you can enter that and get an email with your code
- After entering your code, you will be prompted to enter your password. Be sure the password is at least 10 characters long, with a capital letter, a number and a special character (!, &, #, $, @, ^)
What if the process is not working:
- Follow the manual steps to reset your Active Directory Password
- Contact the RAPA IT Help Desk for assistance via email ([email protected]) or telephone 501.686.2687
- A ticket will be generated, and a RAPA IT representative will call you back
